General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Applicable only to sales in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Purpose and Seller Identification

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with online sales offered by Studio Luluche, operated by Humanee LLC, Rue des Communaux 35, 1800 Vevey, Switzerland.

Product Types

Products sold on the site are classified as follows:

• Luluche Products: Play mats and accessories, stored, packed, and shipped directly by Studio Luluche.
• Goodies: Merchandising products (caps, t-shirts, bags, etc.) made on demand and shipped by our partner Printful.

We specify the term «Luluche products» or «goodies» when certain conditions apply specifically to one or the other product family.

Conclusion of the Contract

The sales contract is deemed concluded upon confirmation of purchase by the buyer. An order receipt confirmation is sent by email to the buyer.

Buyer's Obligations

The buyer agrees to provide valid contact details when ordering and to pay the agreed price in full using a payment method offered on the studio-luluche.ch website.

Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT, and apply only for delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Payment

Payment is possible by credit cards (Visa, Master Card) via the secure Stripe platform, as well as by Twint.

Availability and Delivery

Delivery commitment is subject to product availability. Our delivery time is given without guarantee and may be modified in case of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines by our suppliers (this unavailability not being attributable to Studio Luluche).

1 Delivery of Luluche products

The estimated delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 business days upon payment of the order. Studio Luluche does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

2 Delivery of goodies

The estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 business days upon payment of the order.

Right of Return (it's a gift from us!)

As a commercial gesture, Studio Luluche offers the buyer a 14-day right of return. This right begins the day after the package is received.

1 Return Procedures

• The buyer must communicate their intention to return in writing (email or mail). Studio Luluche will confirm receipt of this communication.
• The buyer must return the merchandise at their own expense to the address mentioned under point 1.
• Items must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and must not have been used.

2 Exceptions to the Right of Return

• Goodies (Art. 2): Merchandising items (goodies) do not benefit from this return or exchange offer, except in case of receiving an incorrect or damaged item (see point 9).
• Professionals: Professional buyers (companies, legal entities, institutions) do not benefit from this commercial return offer.
• Sale Products and "As Is" Items : Sale products and those in the «The Imperfects» category can only be returned in case of an error on the delivered item or damages exceeding the types of defects that are indicated on the product page and justifying the granted discount.

3 Refund

Your order refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days following Studio Luluche's receipt and inspection of the package. The amount will be credited to the payment method you used when placing your order.

Studio Luluche reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product's depreciation from the refund amount if it is returned damaged, incomplete, or worn in a way that goes beyond simply checking the item.

Defects and Warranty

1 Checking for and Notifying of Defects

You'll need to check the condition of the products delivered immediately upon receipt.

If you notice a defect in the product or damage due to transport, please inform Studio Luluche in writing (email or mail, with photos) within 2 days of receiving the package.

2 Scope of Warranty

The warranty takes effect on the item's delivery date. The legal warranty period is two years from the item's delivery. Excluded from the warranty are: damage due to improper maintenance, failure to follow instructions, normal wear and tear, or defects known and accepted by you at the time of purchase.

Data Protection (FADP)

Unless otherwise specified, Studio Luluche commits to using your personal information solely for processing your order and communication. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) in force. You have the right to access and rectify your data.

Changes to the GTC

Studio Luluche reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order is binding in the contractual relationship.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law, particularly by Articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland.
