If you are not satisfied - if the mat does not meet your expectations - or if you notice a defect:
Your order is refunded within 3 to 10 business days after we receive your package. The amount is credited to the payment method you used when you ordered.
A partial refund corresponding to the depreciation of the product if it is returned damaged, incomplete, or worn in a way that exceeds simple inspection of the item.
If you haven't received your refund, start by checking your account statement. Depending on banking providers, the refund might take a bit longer or shorter.
