The Downtown Boogie play mat for small cars is made of vinyl (or PVC). PVC is one of the most widely used materials in our daily lives. It is stable, non-flammable and 100% recyclable. The UV printing process uses water-based inks. The play mat complies with European EN 71 regulations on the chemical and physical safety of toys.

Right of return

We offer you a right of return of 14 days from the day following receipt of the parcel.

If you're not satisfied - if play mat doesn't live up to your expectations - or if you notice a defect:

  1. Check play mat when you receive the package. If there is a defect or damage, send me an email within 2 days of receipt with photos of the defect or damage: lucas@studio-luluche.ch.
  2. Carefully roll up the unused product and place it in its original packaging.
  3. Send the package to the return address indicated in the sales conditions. Shipping is at your expense.
  4. Your order will be refunded within 3 to 10 working days of receipt of your parcel. The amount will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase.
