We offer you a right of return of 14 days from the day following receipt of the parcel.
If you're not satisfied - if play mat doesn't live up to your expectations - or if you notice a defect:
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
A partial refund may be made if the product is not in its original condition or has been damaged by the customer.
Your order will be refunded within 3 to 10 working days of receipt. The amount will be credited to the credit card used for payment.
If you haven't received the refund, start by checking your account statement. Depending on your bank, it may take longer or longer to receive your refund.
Products on sale cannot be returned except in the case of a fault (not described on the product page at the time of purchase) or if the product has been damaged in transit.
Goodies (clothing, caps, etc.) are printed on demand. They cannot be returned or refunded.
We replace defective or damaged products. A product is exchanged for the same product.
