Delivery and returns

Right of return

We offer you a right of return of 14 days from the day following receipt of the parcel.

If you're not satisfied - if play mat doesn't live up to your expectations - or if you notice a defect:

Check play mat when you receive the package. If there is a defect or damage, send me an email within 2 days of receipt with photos of the defect or damage: lucas@studio-luluche.ch.
Carefully roll up the unused product and place it in its original packaging.
Send the package to the return address indicated in the sales conditions. Shipping is at your expense.

Refunds

Your order will be refunded within 3 to 10 working days of receipt. The amount will be credited to the payment method used to place the order.

A partial refund corresponding to the depreciation of the product if it is returned damaged, incomplete or worn in a way that goes beyond simple verification of the item.

If you haven't received the refund, start by checking your account statement. Depending on your bank, it may take longer or longer to receive your refund.
