These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales offered by Studio Luluche, operated by Humanee Sàrl, Rue des Communaux 35, 1800 Vevey, Switzerland.
The products sold on the site are classified as follows:
We specify the term " Luluche products" or "goodies" when certain conditions apply specifically to one or other family of products.
The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded when the buyer confirms the purchase. A confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by e-mail to the purchaser.
The buyer undertakes to provide valid contact details when ordering and to pay the agreed price in full using a means of payment proposed on the studio-luluche.ch website.
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT, and apply only to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Payment is possible by credit card (Visa, Master Card) via the secure Stripe platform, as well as by Twint.
Commitment to delivery is subject to product availability. Our delivery time is given without guarantee and may be modified in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our suppliers (such unavailability not being attributable to Studio Luluche).
Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 working days from payment of the order. Studio Luluche does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 working days from payment of the order.
As a commercial gesture, Studio Luluche offers the buyer a 14-day right of return. This right begins the day after receipt of the parcel.
The refund of the order will be made within 3 to 10 working days following receipt and verification of the package by Studio Luluche. The amount will be credited to the payment method used for the order.
Studio Luluche reserves the right to deduct from the amount to be reimbursed a sum corresponding to the depreciation of the product if it is returned damaged, incomplete or worn in a way that exceeds the simple verification of the article.
The purchaser shall check the condition of the products delivered immediately upon receipt.
If the buyer notices a defect in the product or damage due to transport, he must inform Studio Luluche in writing (email or post, with photos) within 2 days of receipt of the package.
The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item. The legal warranty period is two years from the date of delivery. The following are excluded from the warranty: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow instructions, normal wear and tear, or defects known and accepted by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
Subject to provisions to the contrary, Studio Luluche undertakes to use the purchaser's personal information solely for the purpose of processing and communicating with the purchaser. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DPA). The purchaser has the right to access and rectify his/her data.
Studio Luluche reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of the order will prevail in the contractual relationship.
These GTC are governed by Swiss law, in particular by Articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland.
