These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") govern the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with online sales offered by Studio Luluche operated by Humanee Sàrl, Rue des Communaux 35, 1800 Vevey, Switzerland. Have you ever thought to yourself, "Hey, why don't I make some general terms and conditions, just to relax?
Luluche play mat and any accessories - hereinafter referred to as " Luluche products" - are stocked, packaged and shipped by Studio Luluche en direct.
Merchandising products (caps, t-shirts, bags, etc.) - hereinafter referred to as "goodies" - are operated by our partner Printful, a print-on-demand center with a worldwide infrastructure.
We specify the term " Luluche " or "goodies" when certain conditions apply specifically to one or other product family.
All successfully completed purchases are subject to a confirmation message on your browser and an e-mail confirming receipt of the purchase. The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded when the purchase is confirmed.
The buyer agrees to provide valid contact information when ordering and to pay the price in full using a payment method proposed by the studio-luluche.ch website.
From Switzerland and Liechtenstein and for delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.
From the European Union and for delivery within the European Union, prices are indicated in euros (€), excluding VAT. The purchaser is responsible for any VAT charged by the country of destination, as well as any customs clearance costs incurred when the parcel passes through customs.
These charges are not under our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Find out if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Payment is possible by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express). Payments are secured by Stripe.
Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Studio Luluche.
For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 working days from payment of the order by the buyer.
For the European Union, the delivery time is approximately 4 to 6 working days. No guarantee is given. Shipment to an EU country may incur customs charges (e.g. VAT invoiced by the destination country). These are at the buyer's expense.
Studio Luluche does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and does not deliver to under-age customers or those under guardianship, unless written authorization has been obtained from a parent or guardian.
For Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the European Union, the delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 working days from payment of the order by the buyer.
Shipment to an EU country may incur customs duties (e.g. invoicing of the destination country's VAT). These are at the buyer's expense.
The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after receipt of the package. The buyer must communicate his retraction in writing (email or post), which Studio Luluche must confirm has been received.
The purchaser must return the goods at his own expense to the address given in point 1 of these terms and conditions.
Items must be returned undamaged and rolled up in their original packaging. Products must not have been used.
The refund of the order will be made within 3 to 10 working days from receipt of the parcel by Studio Luluche. The amount will be credited to the credit card used for payment.
In principle, professional buyers (companies, legal entities, institutions) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something is wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at Studio Luluche.
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items.
The purchaser shall check the condition of the products delivered without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage.
If the purchaser notes a defect in the product or damage due to transport, he must inform Studio Luluche in writing (email or post) within 2 days of receipt of the parcel. He/she must document the defect or damage (photos).
The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item. Damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow instructions or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Subject to the provisions of these GTC to the contrary, Studio Luluche undertakes to use the information communicated to it by the purchaser solely for the purpose of processing the order and communicating with the purchaser.
All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information required to process the order will be processed electronically and may be communicated to associated companies for the purpose of processing the order (e.g. the carrier or our partner Printful).
The buyer has the right to access and rectify any personal data concerning him/her. To exercise these rights, the user should contact Studio Luluche , providing proof of identity.
Studio Luluche may modify these GTC. The version in force at the time the order is placed shall prevail in the contractual relationship between the purchaser and Studio Luluche.
In the event of a dispute, the GTC in force at the time of purchase shall be used as the legal basis. These GTC are governed by Swiss law, in particular by Articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation.
The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland.
