The Downtown Boogie play mat for die-cast cars is made from vinyl (or PVC). PVC is one of the most used materials in our daily lives. It is stable, non-flammable, and 100% recyclable. The UV printing process uses water-based inks. The mat complies with European regulation EN 71 on the chemical and physical safety of toys.

We offer you a right of return of 14 days from the day after receiving the package.

If you are not satisfied - if the mat does not meet your expectations - or if you notice a defect:

  1. Check the mat upon receipt of the package. If there is a defect or damage, send me an email within 2 days of receipt with photos of the defect or damage as proof: lucas@studio-luluche.ch.
  2. Carefully roll the product, which must not have been used, and place it in its original packaging.
  3. Send the package to the return address listed in the terms and conditions of sale. Shipping is at your expense.
  4. Your order will be refunded within 3 to 10 business days after receipt of your package. The amount is credited to the payment method used for the purchase.
