We offer you a right of return of 14 days from the day following receipt of the parcel.

If you're not satisfied - if play mat doesn't live up to your expectations - or if you notice a defect:

1. Check play mat when you receive the package. If there is a defect or damage, send me an email within 2 days of receipt with photos of the defect or damage: lucas@studio-luluche.ch.
2. Carefully roll up the unused product and place it in its original packaging.
3. Send the package to the return address indicated in the sales conditions. Shipping is at your expense.
4. Your order will be refunded within 3 to 10 working days of receipt of your parcel. The amount will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase.

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, delivery is free with La Poste within 2 to 4 working days.

Goodies (caps, mugs, clothing, etc.) are printed on demand by our partner Printful. Products are printed or embroidered in Estonia or Spain.

I chose Printful because I appreciate the excellent quality of the products, prints and embroidery. Whenever possible, I prefer organic cotton fabrics, for example for children's and adult t-shirts.

Special delivery and return conditions apply to the purchase of Printful products.

Delivery

Goodies (clothing, caps, etc.) are not sent by Studio Luluche. They are sent directly by Printful to your home.

Delivery charges apply. They are calculated and indicated at the time of order.

If your order also contains a Luluche, you will see two delivery methods at checkout. The order is sent in two separate packages. Your Luluche is shipped by Studio Luluche, Vevey. Goodies are shipped by Printful from Estonia or Spain.

Returns

As made-to-order products, they cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a product damaged in transit.
