If you are not satisfied - if the mat does not meet your expectations - or if you notice a defect:

1. Check the mat upon receipt of the package. If there is a defect or damage, send me an email within 2 days of receipt with photos of the defect or damage as proof: lucas@studio-luluche.ch.
2. Carefully roll the product, which must not have been used, and place it in its original packaging.
3. Send the package to the return address listed in the terms and conditions of sale. Shipping is at your expense.
4. Your order will be refunded within 3 to 10 business days after receipt of your package. The amount is credited to the payment method used for the purchase.

Les goodies (casquettes, mugs, vêtements, etc.) sont imprimés à la demande par notre partenaire Printful. Les produits sont imprimés ou brodés en Estonie ou en Espagne.

J'ai choisi Printful car j'apprécie l'excellente qualité des produits, des impressions et des broderies. Lorsque c'est possible, je privilégie des tissus en coton bio, par exemple les t-shirts pour enfants et adultes.

Delivery

Les goodies (vêtements, casquettes, etc.) ne sont pas envoyés par Studio Luluche. Ils sont envoyés directement par Printful à votre domicile.

Des frais de livraison s'appliquent. Ils sont calculés et indiqués au moment de la commande.

Si votre commande contient également un Luluche, vous verrez deux méthodes de livraison au moment du checkout. La commande est envoyée en deux colis séparés. Votre Luluche est expédié par Studio Luluche, à Vevey. Les goodies sont expédiés par Printful depuis l'Estonie ou l'Espagne.

Retours

En tant que produits fabriqués à la demande, ils ne peuvent pas être retournés sauf dans le cas d'un défaut de fabrication ou d'un produit abîmé par le transport.
