\nDelivery and return conditions\n<\/h2>

Right of return<\/h3>

We offer you a right of return of 14 days<\/strong>\u00a0from the day after receiving the package.<\/p>

If you are not satisfied - if the mat does not meet your expectations - or if you notice a defect:<\/p>

  1. Check the mat upon receipt of the package. If there is a defect or damage, send me an email within 2 days of receipt with photos of the defect or damage as proof:\u00a0lucas@studio-luluche.ch<\/a>.<\/li>
  2. Carefully roll up the product, which must not have been used<\/strong>, and place it in its original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Send the package to the return address listed in the terms and conditions of sale. Shipping is at your expense.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>

    Refunds<\/h3>

    Your order is refunded within 3 to 10 business days after we receive your package. The amount is credited to the payment method you used when you ordered.<\/p>

    A partial refund corresponding to the depreciation of the product if it is returned damaged, incomplete, or worn in a way that exceeds simple inspection of the item.<\/p>

    If you haven't received your refund, start by checking your account statement. Depending on banking providers, the refund might take a bit longer or shorter.<\/p>

    For goodies, professional buyers, and products on sale or from \"The Imperfects\" category, return conditions are specific. Check out our GTC<\/a>.<\/p>
